1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, scheduling, or using services through the JUNK NINJAS website, phone, or in-person, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Services Provided

JUNK NINJAS offers general and specialized junk removal services, including but not limited to:

General Removal Services

  • Residential Junk Removal

  • Bulk Waste Removal

  • Commercial Junk Removal

  • Construction Debris Removal

  • Yard Waste Removal

Specialized Removal Services

  • Estate Clean-outs

  • Foreclosure Clean-outs

  • Hoarding Cleanup

  • Storage Unit Clean-outs

  • Appliance Removal

Services are available within South Florida. Availability may vary by location, job type, and scheduling.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into contracts.

  • If you are booking services on behalf of another party (e.g., property owner, tenant, estate), you must have legal authority to do so.

4. Scheduling & Cancellations

  • Appointments can be scheduled through our website, email, or by phone.

  • Same-day or next-day service is subject to availability.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may result in a fee.

  • JUNK NINJAS reserves the right to reschedule or refuse service in cases of unsafe conditions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Pricing & Payment

  • Pricing is typically based on volume, weight, type of material, labor required, and disposal fees.

  • An estimate will be provided prior to service. Final pricing may vary depending on actual load size and job conditions.

  • Accepted payment methods include cash, major credit/debit cards, and approved digital payments.

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Items We Cannot Remove

For legal, safety, and environmental reasons, JUNK NINJAS does not remove:

  • Hazardous materials (e.g., chemicals, solvents, paints, asbestos, fuels)

  • Biohazardous or medical waste

  • Explosives, ammunition, firearms, or pressurized containers

  • Any material prohibited by local, state, or federal law

7. Access & Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the items scheduled for removal.

  • Driveways, hallways, and removal paths must be clear.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that items to be removed are not mistakenly mixed with items to be kept.

  • JUNK NINJAS is not responsible for items removed in error if they were not clearly identified as “Do Not Remove.”

8. Liability & Insurance

  • JUNK NINJAS is insured and bonded.

  • We exercise reasonable care during all removals; however, customers acknowledge that minor damages may occur in the course of moving bulky or heavy items.

  • JUNK NINJAS is not liable for:

    • Pre-existing damage to property or items.

    • Hidden defects or structural issues (e.g., weak flooring, unstable walls).

    • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Disposal & Recycling

  • We dispose of collected materials in accordance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.

  • Whenever possible, items may be recycled, donated, or repurposed.

  • Disposal methods are at the discretion of JUNK NINJAS and may vary depending on material type and condition.

10. No Guarantee of Availability

We strive to provide prompt service, but scheduling is dependent on workforce and disposal facility availability. JUNK NINJAS makes no guarantee that a requested time slot will be available.

11. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the JUNK NINJAS website, including logos, branding, and slogans (“FOR ALL OF YOUR JUNK REMOVAL NEEDS!”), is the exclusive property of JUNK NINJAS and may not be used without prior written consent.

12. Privacy Policy

  • We collect limited personal information (name, address, phone, email, billing info) for scheduling and service purposes only.

  • We do not sell or share customer information with third parties, except as required by law or to process payment.

13. Termination of Services

JUNK NINJAS reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time if:

  • Unsafe working conditions exist.

  • The customer engages in abusive, unlawful, or fraudulent behavior.

  • Payment terms are violated.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Broward County, Florida.

15. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on our website with the revised effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
