Payment Terms

JUNK NINJAS – “For All of Your Junk Removal Needs!”

JUNK NINJAS accepts the following forms of payment:

Personal checks are not accepted unless pre-approved.

Residential & Specialized Services: Payment is due in full upon job completion before our team departs the service location.
Commercial Clients & Contractors: Payment terms are Net 7 days from the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

A deposit may be required for large-scale removals, estate clean-outs, or specialized projects.
Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled service.
Jobs canceled with more than 24 hours’ notice will receive a full refund of any deposit paid.

All pricing is based on volume, weight, labor, and disposal fees associated with the job.
Estimates provided online or over the phone are non-binding until confirmed on-site by our crew.
Final pricing will be presented before work begins.

Any unpaid balance beyond the due date will incur a 5% late fee per week until paid in full.
JUNK NINJAS reserves the right to suspend services or decline future bookings for accounts with outstanding balances.

Refunds are only applicable if services were not rendered as agreed.
Any billing disputes must be submitted in writing to info@junkninjasfl.com within 5 business days of service.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
